The Off-Road-Packaged Ford Maverick Tremor Revealed

It’s no surprise that the Ford Maverick is a popular pickup. Nevertheless, the automaker of the year is ready to unleash another off-road pony from the Blue Oval stable. Ford will extend its compact pickup lineup with the new off-road packaged 2023 Maverick Tremor. 

The legendary automaker announced that reservation orders reopened for the Edge, Explorer, Bronco Sport, and Ranger on August 2, 2022. Additionally, the Maverick and Maverick Tremor will reopen their order banks by September (2022). The Transit van and Ford F-150 have had their order books open for a while. Yet, even though the Ford vehicles are easily attainable through dealerships, reservation banks make it feasible for Ford lovers to customize their cars’ technology, wheels, and desired colors. 

2023 Ford Maverick Tremor 

The new 2023 Maverick Tremor is an entry-level vehicle for Ford enthusiasts who prefer a more intuitive off-road experience along with an appearance that craves a challenge and an ambiance to harmonize handsomely with the city.

The 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor is available in two trims, the Lariat and XLT. Additionally, the Maverick Tremor maintains outstanding functionality and capability features while maintaining the shiny off-road crown of Tremor Ford family royalty. For example, the off-road-ready Maverick features the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine. Furthermore, the compact pickup includes an advanced system with a twin-clutch rear-drive unit with a differential lock feature for a refined off-road experience. 

The Maverick Tremor includes Ford’s striking Trail Control. Ford’s Trail Control operates much like cruise control, but it’s intended for off-road cruising. So first, Tremor enthusiasts must select their desired speed, and from there, the compact packaged truck monitors the throttle and braking so enthusiasts can concentrate on steering through rough terrains. 

The Ford Maverick Tremor was Born to Stand Out

The rugged-themed Maverick Tremor showcases a grille with a demanding finish, blacked-out Ford logos, headlamps, and taillamps. In addition to the off-road-ready Maverick’s commanding appearance, the two front tow hooks receive the Tremor’s famous Orange accents. Ford fans can select the Tremor Appearance Package if the Maverick Tremor’s appeal isn’t daring enough. Furthermore, the Tremor Appearance Package includes:

• A Carbonized Gray-painted roof.
• Mirror caps.
• Black side graphics on the hood and lower body. 

The 2023 Maverick Tremor features 17-inch aluminum wheels with an orange and dark gray anodized finish. Additionally, the all-terrain tires enhance traction on sensitive surfaces such as gravel, sand, or dirt. Moreover, the Ford Maverick Tremor displays a new lower front fascia with a more distinctive approach angle and steel skid plates for impenetrable capability. 

Inside the compact cabin is Black Onyx stitching with Tremor logos and the signature Tremor Orange accents. A new color scheme accompanies the center console, register vents, and door pull also reveal a new color scheme. 

The Maverick Tremor Off-Road Package will cost an extra $2,995* (which excludes taxes and destination fees) MSRP. Moreover, the Tremor Appearance Package will cost an added $1,495*. The Tremor Appearance and Off-Road Package will be available in September of 2022.
