Ford commenced with the expansion of its Pickup & Delivery service. 

The Pickup & Delivery Service allows drivers to have their vehicle service from the comfort of their own home. Customers can schedule the service through their dealership, have the vehicle picked up from their location, and return it to them better than ever. 

Ford made the program available to all FordPass Rewards members. As a result, Ford’s intentions to become the leader in remote service by the end of 2021.

The FordPass Reward Program breaks down into Blue, Silver, and Bronze tiers, a reward system for recurring customers. In addition, the top two tiers of Silver and Blue provide customers with complimentary pickup and delivery services.
